   Yes, buyers do look into your closets & cupboards. 
   
   
9. PETS OUT! 
   Cat litter, cat food & dog food kill sales. Even if your pet is friendly try to keep them outside and secured during showings. 
   
   
10. PRICE! PRICE! PRICE! 
    Your best time to sell is when you first put your home on the market.  Overpricing your home may force you to take a price below market value.
